The first K-pop awards in Europe, the So Loved Awards, took an online vote for the best K-pop artists in November. About 300,000 people from Europe participated in the vote. The So Loved Awards are hosted by So Loved, a K-pop community in Germany, and sponsored by the Korea Cultural Center in Germany, the German Embassy in Korea, the Korean Federation for International Culture Exchange, KBS World, and K-Colors of Korea, an online magazine that introduces Korean culture in German and English. Big Bang won the best male K-pop group, receiving 30.4% of all votes, and 2NE1 was selected as the best female group, receiving 45.2% of all votes. In addition, Big Bang’s "Fantastic Baby" and 2NE1’s "Scream" have been selected as the best songs released in Korea and Japan, respectively.
