K-Pop group Click-B’s Kim Sang Hyuk was arrested for sexual assault on the night of May 30th. According to South Korean sources, Kim Sang Hyuk grabbed the hand of a woman -- who was a total stranger -- and said “Let’s go somewhere.” The victim said she called the police “because she felt sexually ashamed.” When being questioned at the police station, Kim said he doesn’t remember anything because he was too drunk when the incident occurred.
Recently released from the army, it’s been reported that Kim Sang Hyuk showed interest in making a comeback. If the victim is willing to drop the charges or make a settlement with Kim Sang Hyuk, it won't be a problem for him. However, it'll likely cause some complications for his comeback.
