We previously reported that the successful Korean crime thriller Voice was confirmed to have a sequel. Now, we have even better news about Voice 2 — It's coming to DramaFever! Find out about the cast and also watch their initial script reading.

Voice 2 is coming to DramaFever in August!

Actress Lee Ha Na will reprise her role as Kang Kwon Joo, a voice profiler who started a special operation at the emergency call center to stop crimes in progress.

Jang Hyuk, the leading man from season 1, unfortunately won't be in the sequel. However, there is a fantastic replacement to the rescue!

Lee Jin Wook will star as a detective and temporary team leader of the Golden Time team.

Lee Jin Wook has been one of the most popular and handsome male leads for suspenseful and action dramas, such as in Nine, Three Musketteers, and Goodbye, Mr. Black. He'll be perfect to play the sharp detective who can size up a crime scene quickly.

You can also see how animated and emotional Lee Jin Wook gets during script reading in this video, in contrast to the cool and collected Lee Ha Na.

The rest of the cast that we know so far includes Voice alums Son Eu Seo and Kim Joong Ki, as well as actors An Se Ha, So Hee Jung, Hong Kyung In, and Kim Ki Nam.

Like Voice, the sequel will probably highlight a main villain, but it's not clear who will play that role right now.

Although Voice was a dark crime-mystery drama, it ultimately excelled as a superb production that explored the consequences of deep-seated societal issues and also demonstrated how a dedicated team came together to fight crimes.

If you haven't watched Voice, here it is!
