It's World Cup time and we can't help but get excited here at DramaFever! There are three qualifying Asian teams competing this year: South Korea, North Korea and Japan. Each team will play three games in the Group Stage before (hopefully) making it to the Knockout Stage. To share our excitement, we're going to run a special rebate promotion for new DramaFever Premium accounts. Sign up for a new DF Premium subscription during the Group Stage period of the World Cup and you could get an automatic rebate of up to 30%. For every Asian team that survives the Group Stage and enters the Knockout Stage, DramaFever will give a 10% rebate on new Premium subscriptions per team. So if both North Korea and South Korea make it to the Knockout Stage, that would be a 20% rebate. If all three teams make it to the Knockout Stage, that would be a 30% rebate. If no team makes it to the Knockout Stage, there will be no rebate (and disappointed soccer fans). In order to qualify you MUST sign up for a new DF Premium subscription between 12am EST, Friday, June 11 (the first day of the Group Stage matches) and 11:59pm PST, Friday, June 25 (the last day of the Group Stage matches). This offer only applies to new DramaFever Premium subscriptions and for the first subscription term. On the DramaFever blog, we'll announce the rebate amount on June 26 when the Group Stage matches end. You will receive the rebate automatically to your Paypal accounts within three weeks. Asian Teams and Group Stage matches: Korea DPR (North Korea) - Group G, June 15, 21, 25 Korea Republic (South Korea) - Group B, June 12, 17, 22 Japan - Group E, June 14, 19, 24 Rebate Calculation: If any one of the three Asian teams advance past Group Stage matches: 10% rebate. If any two of the three Asian teams advance past Group Stage matches: 20% rebate. If all three Asian teams advance past Group Stage matches: 30% rebate. Rebate automatically applied to DramaFever Premium subscriptions created between 12am EST, Friday, June 11 and 11:59pm PST, Friday, June 25.
