You can now find a ramen burger at Red Robin
Ramen has moved from instant noodle status to gourmet food! Mainstream American burger chains have noticed the popularity of ramen and the myriad ways it can be cooked and enjoyed. Therefore, when Red Robin, an American gourmet burger chain with around 500 locations, came out with a Red Ramen Burger on April 2, people took notice.
According to Red Robin,
"For a limited time, Guests can discover the Yummm® of our new Red Ramen Burger! Be one of the lucky ones to try this daringly delicious burger before it’s gone. Served on a crispy seasoned ramen bun, it comes topped with Teriyaki and Chiu Chow aioli, fried jalapeño coins, a medley of chili-infused shredded cabbage, carrot and onion, and garnished with fresh basil."
Red Robin even recommends pairing the Red Ramen Burger with a Not Your Father’s Ginger Ale.
Many people have made the intrepid trip to a Red Robin restaurant to try the new delicacy.
And, of course, they posted an online review.
Watch this reviewer sharing his critique in a Red Robin restaurant, so that you can feel the whole experience, except actually tasting the sought-after Red Ramen Burger:
Here is a funny review, but I have to admit that I was getting distracted by his dangling beard braids while he was talking.
I've been to Red Robin and remember that their burgers (and beers) are good. No wonder their fans have pushed the company's sale to over US$1.4 billion a year, according to a 2014 report.
