Biography

Isabel Pintor was born in Madrid, Spain. She traveled to Sweden and there saw a play that sparked her interest to become an actress. When Isabel went back to Spain, she started to study Drama along with Psychology. Later on her teacher José Carlos Plaza got her a role in El avaro de Molière. Then Isabel participated in a couple of plays like Crimen y Castigo, La Celestina, and Top Girls. At the same time she also produced her own shows like Las Engendras Televisivas.

In 2001, Isabel Pintor got a scholarship and went to finish her studies in New York. There she studied interpretation and directing actors in the HB Studios. When Isabel returned to Madird, she participated in plays like Penteseilea, El Sueño de una noche de verano, and El Burlador de Sevilla. In 2005 she participated in the television series Agitación + IVA. Isabel Pintor has also worked in journalism as a theater commentator for the show Es la noche de César.
