Biography

Alexandra Vega was born in Miami, Florida on August 27th, 1988. Since she was two years old, she participated in radio and commercials; in fact what brought her fame was when she partook in the Spy Kids trilogy. Here Alexandra Vega played Carmen Elizabeth Juanita De Costa Brava Cortez.

Later on she appeared in the episode Amor Infinito in the American television series Ghost Whisperer. Here she interpreted a girl that thought she was being attracted to vampires. Around the same time, Alexandra Vega landed the role of protagonist in the television series called Ruby & Rockits La.

She speaks Spanish very fluent since her background is Columbian. During the shooting of Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams, she sang a verse from the endings song in Spanish, showing her knowledge of the language. She is currently married to a member of the American band Big Time Rush.
