个人介绍

Born on August 14, 1960, Song Ok Sook is a long-standing veteran of Korean drama television. She has appeared in over 20 titles since 2000,, her wonderful skills, poise have earned her a place of respect in the Korean acting scene. Her most recent role as the poor, working-class mother of neurosurgeon Lee Kang Hoon in the top Korean medical drama, Brain, showcases her solidly professional talent in playing the quiet, troubled maternal figure.

Not to be typecast, however, she has also shown a respectable acting range, starring as the lead character in the comedy series More Charming By the Day. This motherly role features her as the eponymously-named lead, managing an extended family of wayward young adult professionals with fiery wit, traditional values that often come into conflict with the younger cast.

She is a professional within the Korean acting community. With so many titles to her credit, Song Ok Sook has become a household name among Korean Actresses for her consistently true-to-life acting chops, strong work ethic. Fans hope to see much more of her work in the future.
